The Board has designed and ordered a vehicle decal that identifies you as a Highlands resident. The cost is $1.00 per decal. The decal is placed on your left lower front windshield. If the Highlands are evacuated due to fire or other emergency, this decal will make it easier for police and/or other emergency personnel to identify you as a Highlands resident and allow you to return to your home when the emergency is over. The decals may be purchased by contacting the board of directors.
