Dear Property Owner: The owners of Lot # 87 have submitted plans for a barn to be built on Buckeye Road. The siding is a rustic metal siding which will match the existing house on the property, but will not comply with the 50% minimum wood requirement in the Architectural Guidelines, Also, the roof pitches are 4/12 and 5/12, and thus do not comply with the 6/12 roof pitch that at is specified in the H.R.P.O.A. Architectural Guidelines. It is the policy of your current Board of Directors to notify adjacent property owners (via certified mail), and to post this notice at the mailboxes and adjoining telephone poles of the property of any proposed building deviation to get their approval or denial for such deviation. Please complete the bottom of this page and return it to the Association within 30 days. Any responses not received within 30 days will be assumed to be in approval of this variance Thank you,
