Statement Pertaining to Legal Actions - NRS 116.4109
There are currently no unsatisfied judgments against the Highland Ranches Property Owners Association, and the Association is not aware of any pending legal actions against it. The only legal actions initiated by the Association relate to the collection of unpaid dues and charges by members of the Association. Such actions typically include the filing of property liens and the turning over to the Association's attorney for collection of such delinquent dues and charges.
